1.When will i get my orders after i pay?

 

Estimate Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time=Operation Time + Shipping Time.
Regular Operation Time: 10 to 15 working days
Rush Service: 3 to 5 working days(extra fee needed)

Shipping Time: 2 to 10 working days to worldwide

 

2.When should I order?


Please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

 

3.What is your return policy?

4.Do I have to order all bridesmaid dresses together/at the same time?


Yes. Bridesmaid dresses are cut-to-order, therefore orders must be placed together to ensure dye lot consistency. Dye lots can and do vary.

Any irregularities or variations in shade and weave are characteristic of the natural silk fabric and give the fabric its beauty and texture. Please

note that we cannot submit your Bridesmaid order until we receive all of the party member measurements and down payments.

 

5.Can I order fabric ?


Fabric as separate goods from prom dresses will be provided on our website soon.

 

6.Do I have to pay customs tax when the package arrives?


Customers usually don't have to pay customs tax; we will declare the package value as low as possible. If the customs charges the duty tax, we will not be responsible for that as different countries' customs have different policies about it.

 

7.What if the dress I ordered does not fit?


Sizes could vary according to style. Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately

1" in either direction. Please refer to How to measure, compare your bust, waist and hip measurements to the size chart. It is extremely

important that you order a size to fit the largest part of your body. If you are in between sizes, the designer recommends ordering the larger size

and having the dress altered down. Your measurements are taken to determine the closest size and alterations will be necessary to custom

fit the dress.

 

All gowns come with a standard length as shown in our size chart if you do not put your shoulder to hem measurement. The designer suggests that ladies put their own shoulder to hem measurement in the box whose shoulder to hem measurement is different from our standard gown length.

 

8.Can you make dress outside your website?


Sure,we can make the dress for you through the picture you send to us.You can just send us the picture of the dress you want,
and we will quote for you.We will make a special link for you to make the order and pay for it.Pls send us the pictures as detailed as possible.

 

9.How can i keep track on my dress?


During the process,you can send us an email to ask about the update.After we finish the dress,we will send you the tracking
number to track your package.

 

10.Can you cancel my order?


Sure.But pls note that we will begin to make your dress as soon as your order information is confiemed.If you cancel your order
before the confirmation,we will full refund all your money.If we have already started making your order,we will not offer you fulll refund for your order,we will deduct the fabric cost and laber cost from your payment.

 

11.Can I get discount when I order more?

12.Who will take responsibility for product damage or loss during transit?

 

We will.Usually, there would be no damage, because we would pack the dress in one dust bag or thick plastic bag. They can protect the dress from damage. But if there is any damage during the shipping please contact our customer services first. We will check this problem carefully

and reply you within 24 hours and wil give you a favorable reply and resend you a new dress.But we may ask you to send ud a photo of the

damaged dress to help us claim to the shipping carrier.
